How long does it take for the product to arrive at home?

📥 Our service is only with home delivery of $99 (standard shipping)

🕐 From your purchase, once it is in the package, the approximate delivery time is 2 to 4 business days, depending on coverage.

📪 Products made to order and extra coverage, delivery time may vary

✅ Orders of $2,300 or more shipping is free

When requesting specific packages, it is important to understand that more than delivery time, it is a matter of coverage and/or customer confidence with the specified service.

How do coverages work?

We have 4 types of coverage depending on the shipping address:

✅ Coverage and normal rate | 1 to 3 business days, shipping at $99

⏱️Extended coverage, normal rate | 3 or more business days, shipping at $99

🛍️ Coverage and special rate | 3 or more business days, shipping price may vary

🗝️ Normal coverage, special rate | 1 to 3 business days, shipping price may vary

How can I place an order to pick up in parcel? (Service Happens)

When placing your order, you must enter the address of the parcel branch and in the 'Company' field write OCURRE followed by the Name of the parcel
At the moment we can only offer services with Fedex or Estafeta

Do you have branches or delivery points?

Our sale is only online, with home delivery

How do I shop? How are payments made?

To purchase your product you can do so on the page, choose the one you want to purchase, add it to the cart and complete the purchase, follow the steps where you can enter your information for payment and shipping, it is done through MercadoPago or PayPal

We can also place your order by WhatsApp and you can make your payment by MercadoPago, PayPal, transfer, deposit or in Oxxo

Do you accept payments on delivery?

Nope

Do you make an invoice?​

That's right, on the page there is a section for billing information, however please send a WhatsApp requesting an invoice, attaching your information

2. PDF of tax situation
3. Email
4. Payment method. Choose between cash, debit card, credit or transfer
5. Product description. Specified or generally as 'Dermatological products'
6. Use of CFDI. To choose between 'General expenses' or 'Product acquisition'

Please note that due to the new 4.0 billing regime there may be some details on your invoice. If this is the situation we will contact you

What does made-to-order product mean?

We have the majority of products in stock, however there are some that we must order with a laboratory, once the product is with us it is sent to your home with the conditions explained in the previous question

If I make it to order, how long does it take to arrive?

Laboratory delivery time may vary, especially on specific parts. It can be between 4 to 7 business days, depending also on the availability of the laboratory, which unfortunately is not in our hands.

Once with us, the conditions of the first question apply again. All this time you will be notified

What support do I have with my order and payment?

We understand the uncertainty that online shopping can cause. That is why when making your payment through the page, you have the option to use PayPal or MercadoPago, world-known platforms that guarantee security for both you, the client, and for our company.

You can also see comments from satisfied customers on our main page as well as on our social networks ( @supiel.com.mx )

Are they original products?

Of course, all our products are 100% original, directly from the laboratory.

So why are they cheaper than elsewhere?

By having direct contact with the laboratory, we can have a more flexible price to give the best option to you, our clients.

I try to proceed with the payment but it asks me for the company name and two addresses

In the company name you can put 'Not applicable'. In direction 1 goes street and number, in direction 2 neighborhood and municipality

My address is wrong, what do I do?

Send a WhatsApp immediately to notify you as orders depending on stock and time of day can be processed and shipped immediately.

Do you have credit/debit card payments?

On the page you can make your payment directly with your card, or MercadoPago or PayPal, here you link to the card you want to use

But I don't have an account on any of those platforms.

You do not need to have an account, you can make your purchase. The service is only used to make your payment

Do you accept interest-free months?

This will depend on your bank and the platform you use.

I have already made my payment, what is my order number?

They gave it to you when you made your payment, in your purchase order it is 4 digits

What is my follow-up guide?

The tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is in the package.

I have a particular request. Example: shipping promotion, specific packaging, attach items, my order was duplicated, etc.

If you need to clarify, request, validate any promotion or any other situation regarding your order, you must contact us via WhatsApp

My product does not look like the one in the image, it is different from the one I ordered the other time, it has a different color, etc.

On some occasions, laboratories change their presentation without prior notice, this unfortunately does not depend on us, however we guarantee that it is the same one you ordered

It may also happen that the laboratory temporarily changes packaging (especially applicable in Gadermo)

When the substantial product does not look like another that you have previously seen, it does not mean that it is different. Production can change depending on the season, the active substances and many other situations. This does not mean that it is different, does not have the same effectiveness or in any other situation, you can use it without any problem. They are products directly from the laboratory
